Neck Support Pillow Options

I need a new pillow that will support my fused neck. Any suggestions? My current one is shaped memory foam but its gone "saggy" on one side and doesn't support my neck properly. I've tried "Harley" and "Swedish" ones before. Which is best memory foam or Tempur beads?
